According to February issue of The Banker, Bank of Nanjing was ranked #326 with brand value of USD225 Million. This ranking was reviewed by the brand value of top 500 global banks. The rank of Bank of Nanjing was # 412 in 2010 and the brand value increased by USD 60 Million.
Bank of Nanjing ranked # 273 by capital capacity among top 1000 global banks
Bank of Nanjing was ranked #273, promoted from #349 in 2009 with the core capital of USD 2.775 Billion among top 1000 global banks. The ranking was released by the Banker 2011 by capital capacity.
2011 Best Customers Experience Awards
In December 2011, Bank of Nanjing was awarded of “Best Customers Experience's regional bank in 2011” for the excellent internet banking service.
This award was released by CFCA (China Financial Certification Authority) after reviewing nearly 40 Chinese banks.
2010 Excellent Financial Bond Underwriter
Bank of Nanjing was rated as an “Excellent financial debentures underwriter” in 2010 by China Agricultural Development Bank. This title was awarded to the top 25 financial institutions which had underwritten the financial debentures financial bonds issued by China Agricultural Development Bank. Bank of Nanjing was ranked No 1 among all national joint-stock commercial banks and city commercial banks.
2010 Compliance Award in Chinese Interbank foreign exchange market
Bank of Nanjing won the 2010 Compliance Award in the Chinese interbank foreign exchange market by China Foreign Exchange Trade Center. Bank of Nanjing passed the comprehensive assessment criteria of transaction volume, compliance procedure, market members voting and regulatory checks. There were 294 institutions which participated in the assessment as market members.
Meanwhile Ms Mou Wenjuan, a trader from Bank of Nanjing was awarded the title of “Excellent Trader” out of over 1000 trader candidates.
2010 Excellent Book-entry Treasury Bonds Underwriter
Bank of Nanjing was also rated as an “Excellent book-entry treasury bonds underwriter” for its performance in treasury bonds underwriting. The title was awarded by China Ministry of Finance.
2009 Best Chinabond Valuation Member
China Central Depository and Clearing CO, Ltd announced the list of 2009 excellent valuation members in China Bond markets. Bank of Nanjing topped the list. The winners were assessed by a series of indicators for Chinabond Yield Curve valuation activities. Besides Bank of Nanjing, Bank of Communication, HSBC, and Guangdong Development Bank were also on the list.
2008 Excellent provider of financial services for SMEs
Bank of Nanjing was appraised as an “Excellent provider of financial services for SMEs” in 2008, and “Bank most preferred by SMEs” by Nanjing local government agencies and other major media. Bank of Nanjing won the prize for innovative and active financial services dedicated to small and medium size businesses.
2008 Best China listed bank
Bank of Nanjing topped the list of excellent Chinese listed banks by Securities Market Weekly, China's earliest and one of the most professional financial capital market magazines. The performance of the participating banks was appraised by rate of return on risk capital. The top three banks were Bank of Nanjing, Bank of Ningbo and ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China).
